First of all, I invested in the set of 2 frying pans and the saucepan : the coating and colours are great. And I'm not even mentionning the environmental protection. The coating is soft and it's easy to cook without adding fat. It doesn't stick. So I took the plunge and invested in the fabulous pan. So all my cookware is green. In 1 or 2 months I'll be ordering the casserole dish as well.

Elegant and extremely light, the Cookut casserole retains all the qualities of a cast iron casserole.
